No, the shipping address cannot be changed or edited once an order is placed. Please carefully review all of the information in your order before placing it.
I received a different or defective product, size, colorway etc from what I ordered. Can I receive the correct product or a refund?
Yes. If you received an incorrect or defective order please email your transaction ID to email@example.com from the email you placed your order with. We will review your order and send a return address to send your order to. If the product you originally ordered is still in stock we will send you the correct product. If it is out of stock you will have the option or receiving an alternative product at our discretion or a refund.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Once you have placed please allow 7-10 days for processing. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number with an estimated time of arrival for your order.
The product I want is sold out. When do you restock the webstore?
If a product is sold out it is unlikely that it will be restocked. Check our social media channels for updates on possible restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally via USPS.
How can I get an AINT WET sign?
If you live outside of New York City please send $2.75 cash (exact change only) and a self-addressed stamped envelope to our office address below and we will send you some signs. We do not send signs to addresses within NYC. If you live in NYC go to the nearest MTA subway station that has been recently repainted to find AINT WET signs.

Please allow 7-10 days for order processing. Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Recordings (vinyl, CDs, cassettes) and publications are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Shipping rate is based on weight and location of the order. We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes incurred on international orders. Shipping address cannot be changed or edited once an order is placed. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
